Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling all pre-employment screenings and orientations
  • Collects and turns in new requisitions and internal transfer requests
  • Manages internal job postings
  • Coordinates hiring activities
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Running background checks
  • Maintains candidate database and various other Excel spreadsheets
  • Follows up with candidates during recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and e-mails documents; and performs other clerical functions
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Translation English/Spanish is required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices such as scheduling interviews and onboarding process
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior related office experience required
  • Human Resources Experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish - Non-Negotiable

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
